EMD Consulting Engineers was commissioned to carry out design review and prepare tender documents and undertake construction supervision for the rehabilitation of Champhira South and Msaka Water Supply Schemes in Mzimba. Review and update the   designs of the schemes by assessing the technical, environmental, social and economic feasibility of the two water supply schemes;; Review and update the Environmental and Social Management Plan for the works; ; Prepare bidding documents for the schemes; ; Undertake construction supervision for the rehabilitation of the two water supply schemes.
